	Tom Wilson Lead Pastor Email: tom@crossbend.org 972.424.0814 ext 24 Tom has been ministering to teens for over twelve years and joined the staff at Cross Bend Christian Church in September of 2001 as the Associate Minister of Youth. He met his wife, Shawn, while he was a student at Dallas Christian College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Bible. Shawn is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas where she received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. She is currently an independent Interior Designer. Together they have served the Lord and have shared their passion for teenagers and children ever since. Tom enjoys many hobbies including woodworking, hunting, and watching movies. Tom and Shawn have two children, Hunter who is 8 years old and Laurie who is a 4 year old.
	Bruce Dicus Worship Arts Pastor Email: bruce@crossbend.org 972.424.0814 ext 22 Bruce has been in the ministry for over 18 years. He joined the staff of Cross Bend Christian Church in August of 1992 as the Youth & Music Minister. In September of 2001, Bruce became the Minister of Worship Arts. Bruce and his wife Renee are both graduates of Dallas Christian College. They have two daughters, Emily and Megan. Bruce enjoys spending time with his family, geocaching, and going to the movies.
	Ted Smith Teaching Pastor Email: ted@crossbend.org 972.424.0814 Ted serves as Teaching Pastor of the Crossbend Christian Church and as Director of World Impact, Dallas. Ted grew up in the inner city of Baltimore, MD. He has served as an intern-missionary in the Philippines and in various pastoral roles with churches in Oklahoma and Texas. Ted has a BA in Ministry and Leadership from Dallas Christian College and a MA in New Testament and Preaching from Johnson Bible College. He has served as an adjunct professor of Bible and Preaching at Dallas Christian College since 2003. Ted and his wife, Claire, live in Dallas. They have three grown children and five grandchildren. They are very grateful that the Lord has provided all of their children (Anne, Lacey, and Eric) with great spouses (Dustin, Shane, and Cyndi). Ted and Claire love their lives as “Poppy” and “Deary” to Aiden, Aryka, Abby, Smith, and Brayden. They share their home with Nelson (“Nellie” a toy poodle) and Oliver (“Ollie” the cat). Ted loves golf and Claire is an artist at heart. They enjoy good conversation, fellowship, lectures, reading, quoting movie lines in daily conversation, and walking together with the Lord.
	Jan Hills Administrative Assistant Email: jan@crossbend.org 972.424.0814 ext 20 Jan is originally from Cheyenne, Wyoming, and moved to Texas in 1989. She has been an active CBCC member since 1990. In 1997, she joined the staff as the Administrative Assistant and has been blessed to be on staff and serve in a wide variety of ministries at CBCC. Jan and her husband, Matt, have three grown sons, David, Brian & Joshua, a beautiful daughter-in-law, Julie, and two rambunctious pups, Ebby & Cassy, who keep them on their toes. In her spare time, Jan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and going to the movies.
	Brian Hills Youth & Children's Ministry Assistant Email: brian@crossbend.org 972.424.0814 ext 25 Brian has been working with the youth at Cross Bend Christian Church since 2001. He grew up at CBCC and is now serving as the part-time Youth Ministry Assistant. When he is not here, his full time gig is teaching music at North Hills Preparatory School in Las Colinas. He graduated from Dallas Christian College with a double-major degree in music and biblical studies. He enjoys photography, reading, hiking, fishing, mountain biking (well, without the mountains...Dallas is pretty flat), and watching lots and lots of movies! Also, his favorite hobby is taking self-defense martial arts. He is married to his college sweetheart, Julie.
	Josh Frink Youth & Children's Ministry Intern Email: josh@crossbend.org 972.424.0814 ext 25 Josh grew up in Dallas, Texas and recently joined the staff as the Youth & Children Intern. During the school year, he studies Aerospace Engineering at Texas A&M University, and hopes to work for an awesome company sending people into space. He's also getting a Math minor, but doesn't like to tell people because it sounds nerdy. He somehow finds time to make films with the film club, keep up with a dozen TV shows, watch movies, and be an amateur photographer in his spare time.
	Joanna Yule Academy Director Email: joanna@crossbend.org 972.424.0814 ext 23 Joanna is originally from Syracuse, New York and moved to Plano 21 years ago. She has been a member of Cross Bend since 1999. In 2003 she joined the CBCA staff as a teacher and assistant. 2010-2011 will be her first year as director of Cross Bend Christian Academy. Joanna and her husband Joe have two daughters, Jenna and Julia. Joanna enjoys spending time with her family and friends at Lake Texoma.
